Once we have a clear idea of the scope of your project we will prepare a written fee proposal for you broken down into:

• Feasibility study and sketch design
• File for planning permission with County Council
• Detailed design to show compliance with Building Regulations
• Request tenders from building contractors
• Construction supervision
• Issue certificates of compliance on completion
